I just visited Arizona for an interview this past week (beautiful!). But you know what’s a little disappointing? The weather in Wisconsin is still nice, as in 50’s and sunny! I should have scheduled the Arizona interview for snowy, dreary January. *Sigh*

I actually made it out with some friends between flying in and leaving for my next interview. This is what I threw on. I’ve been loving this trench! Everything is perfect for me, from the color (read: doesn’t show stains) to the fit. I can even throw on a super warm vest and be quite comfortable down to the 30-40 degree range.

A quite thought about these cafe capris from last year. I’m a fan of the lined-ness of them, and really like the pattern. But tops can be tricky to pair with them, since I’m so short and they’re not very form-fitting. The only two things that I’ve found that work well are tight tops, like I’m wearing here, and slightly baggy sweaters (for a very casual look).

Oh! And I’ve found a suit that almost fits well! I tried tons of suits from department stores, J. Crew, The Limited, Ann Taylor, etc. I finally found a style of pants and Jacket that I like from Ann Taylor. I’ll share as soon as I can snap some good pictures of it.

Time for some new nude heels, I think. These J. Crew pumps have served me well, but are definitely showing more than a little wear. I think J. Crew is having another one of those 25% off anything sales coming up. It might be the perfect time to test out another pair. Hopefully they’ll be as comfy as these have been!
