Healthy Choices

There are a few things that I would really like to improve on next month when this craziness is over (only 2 more 28 hour shifts and a shelf exam to go!!). So, here are my September goals:

  1. Work out in the morning. This may mean getting up crazy early, but its so nice when its 6:00 and you’re awake, in shape, with a green tea in hand. Goal: 3-4 times per week + weekends.
  2. Prepare food the night before to avoid hospital cafeteria food. I don’t think this requires much explaining.
  3. Make educated purchases. Next month I really want to focus spending my money on a few items that I will wear for seasons. I noticed I’ve been doing a bit of frivolous buying, which is ok sometimes, but I haven’t even been wearing all of my new items. In a future post I’ll name my “September Items.” No spending if its not on that list!!!
