PFC: Spinning The Favorite
This month’s Petite Fashion Challenge, hosted by Radiator Sessions here, was to take a βgo-toβ outfit and put a spin on it by styling it in a different way, but still keeping a couple of essential components. This was a little difficult for me at first because I really don’t have a “go-to” outfit. Actually, for the past two years, I’ve worn sweats and a tee more days than not. I suppose I could have attempted to put a stylish spin on my North Face fleece pants, but that just seemed like more effort than it was worth.
So, having limited resources and a limited creative side of my brain, I had a bit of a struggle. I accidentally came up with the “before” outfit on June 10. I took the same cardigan/ top combo and paired it with the pretty little forever21 skirt and threw a flower pin on. Totally different look, I think I like it π
Check out the other ladies that took part in the Petite Fashion Challenge!

>Oh I really like this… The bold mustard is a great color on you – and ummm not to sound too creepy, but can we trade legs please?? GAH I wish I could wear shorts!

>Love love love the skirt/belt ensemble! I need to hunt for it at f21 now.
The mustard and deep blue contrast is lovely. I like how the outfit is pulled together by the flower belt.
It's a lovely look!
>Love the cardigan. I'm always trying to figure out how I can pull longer cardigans off like that…just need to find the right shell…
>Love this look! I'd totally wear it. The flower is a really nice touch!
>Really like this outfit, the skirt is my favorite but of course I'm loving the mustard cardi!
>I can't wait to see if the cardi shrinks! Love the mustard – and well how can u go wrong with the lace skirt?:)
>Which J.Crew cardi is this? I have the mix-tape (I believe) which fits just perfectly right now and I'm scared it'll shrink if I accidentally put it in the dryer! Love your addition of the lace skirt paired with the floral belt. So pretty π
>Way to go! I think the lace skirt is perfect for your outfit and like the other commenters…so jealous of your gams…=P
>So cute! I love that skirt, it's so perfect for summer!
